  • Excellent knowledge and abilities of all kitchen stations or activities;
  • Execute changing seasonal menus from ingredient preparation to flawless customer meal experience;
  • Assist Head and Sous Chefs in all capacities required;
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot under pressure;
  • Participate in on and off-site events, where required;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Intent for cooking as a career path highly recommended;
