- Excellent knowledge and abilities of all kitchen stations or activities;
- Execute changing seasonal menus from ingredient preparation to flawless customer meal experience;
- Assist Head and Sous Chefs in all capacities required;
- Strong ability to troubleshoot under pressure;
- Participate in on and off-site events, where required;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Intent for cooking as a career path highly recommended;
